Real shows in the real world in real life. Three in person shows on the calendar, beginning July 7th in nearby Upperville VA, a shared bill with my dear pal Tony Denikos. That means I get to play some electric guitar on his songs as well as playing some of mine.
If you'd like to host a show, in person or as a Zoom event with farflung family and friends complete with picture show along with a whole bunch of songs and stories done live, let's do it. My first road trip at this point is Sept 25 & 26 to Capon Bridge WV and Marietta OH, but I'm happy to plan some other directions too. I'm ready if you are and I can't wait to see you.
But one of the good things that has happened in these past 14 months is the ability to entertain and connect with you from our respective homes wherever we are. As I age, I know that my time on the road is finite, and that the economic realities of touring weren't great before the pandemic. For older folks, people who live in rural areas in other parts of the country where I rarely visit, for families with young children, or with mobility challenges - the world has come to you in many ways over this last year if you have good internet service. So I intend to continue doing my various livestream concerts from home too, in addition to but not as a replacement for touring, and I'd love your thoughts as I consider scheduling frequency, timing, platform, etc.
Tour dates and livestream concerts added as confirmed here on the Tour calendar.
