We bid a sad and grateful farewell to the Standing "O" Project, a great idea to connect supportive fans with artists creating new music. It is a bit disheartening to see how much the music streaming era has depleted the value of collecting and owning music. Kudos to John and Viv of the "Art of the Song" NPR and community radio show for all the heart, hard work and capital they put into this project these last few years.
In addition to continuing their work with Art of the Song (now in its 15th year), Vivian & John are tackling social justice issues by performing Si Kahn’s musical Mother Jones in Heaven in theaters and music venues across North America and Europe.
It was an honor to be a part of it, and we wish them the very best going forward!
