Andrew was honored to be invited to spend an afternoon talking about his eclectic career in music with students at Lincoln Elementary School in Lincoln VA. Thanks to the school's guidance counselor, students came dressed up for the occupation they hoped to go into in adulthood. Andrew talked about the inspiration and perspiration involved in creating music from words and ideas, about performing, and a bit about the business of music and how it has changed so dramatically in the last 10 years.

The students asked great questions and sang along with Andrew on "Good Things Matter", "The Road to Appomattox" and his new "Guitar Man". He brought along some of the tools of his work to share - different instruments, the CDs and some insights into the songs and how he created them. A great time was had by all, especially Andrew!
